what we do
There are hundreds of thousands of ministries, both formal and informal, in the United States. Covenant Commission is different than the majority of ministry organizations because we are under the authority of a local church and exists to fulfill the evangelistic commission of the church. This commission is the proclamation of God's Word, the assimilation of believers into the Church and the discipleship of the saints in all matters that pertain to life and godliness in the Church, the family and civil government. Our purpose is to aid in the education, evangelism and reformation of all facets of society. We will use every legitimate and suitable tool for this purpose. However, the means for this is only found in the church's faithful exposition of the Word, the faithful administration of the Sacraments and the faithful exercise of church discipline.
